While we strive to accurately describe the general theme, category, and value of our products, the exact contents of each box are not guaranteed and may differ from photographs, advertisements, promotional examples, or customer expectations.
Images displayed on our website and social media platforms are intended only as examples of the type or style of products that may be included.
Each mystery box is unique and may contain different products, colours, flavours, scents, packaging, accessories, or brands.
We reserve the right to substitute items with products of equal or greater value where necessary due to stock availability, supplier shortages, seasonal changes, or operational requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Due to the surprise and curated nature of our products, dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference or differences between expected and actual contents shall not qualify for a refund or exchange, except where required under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
Child Safety and Supervision
Certain products sold by Little Scoop Box may contain small parts, craft materials, sensory items, or packaging that could present a choking, suffocation, or other safety hazard to young children.
